How To Book

Tickets can be booked by phone or in person during box office opening hours. The Platform accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Payment can also be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Platform. If you would like your tickets to be posted to you there is a charge for this. Please note this applies to shows only that Visual Statement provide.

Visual Statement classes are pay on the day for £5.00 or advance bookings of £50 for block of classes can be made. Please contact Platform Box Office for more information.

In person

The box office is open 10.00 am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am - 5.00pm Saturdays & Sundays with late night openings until 15 minutes after the show begins on performance evenings. For Visual Statement classes tickets can be purchased on the day at the box office or block bookings can be taken for classes. Please contact the Platform box office for more details.

Reservations

Tickets for Visual Statement shows can be reserved for 3 working days. However, the reservation will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this period.

Group bookings

Group bookings of 10 or more can be held for up to a month without payment, after which tickets can be released for general sale. Please call the Platform box office and ask about our special group booking rates.

Discounts

Under 18s, students, senior citizens, registered disabled people and a companion, unemployed people, Equity and Young Scot card holders are entitled to discounted tickets for the majority of events. Proof of eligibility must be shown when tickets are collected. Please contact the Platform Box Office for more information.

Classes block bookings

Tickets for Visual Statement classes are purchased from Platform box office if you are interested in block bookings please contact Platform Box Office for more information and to complete an application form.

Pay on the day

All Visual Statement classes can be paid on the day so all you have to do is Turn up and Enjoy our range of classes...

Signing Up

Signing up is free and all you need is proof of your address which you bring the the Platform box office when it opens and the staff will sign you up.

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND LATECOMERS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED UNLESS THERE IS A SUITABLE STOPPAGE IN THE PERFORMANCE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT VISUAL STATEMENT CLASSES.
