All types of workshops for all ages and levels of experience! From 10 yrs+, we’ve a exciting and fun packed programme to educate and entertain our followers! Visual Statement offers a series of outreach opportunities in association with its season programme of visiting and home-produced work. Whatever your group or level of experience, workshops can be designed to enhance your experience of the performance.


Dance Workshops - Performance Blocks of time designed to make a performance with the same group of children. These projects can be over a week, 2 weeks or weekly sessions with a minimum of 5 weeks. Youth Workshops designed to generate self confidence, coordination, creativity and movement learning skills. These workshops are a good way to introduce dance to a school or youth group without the pressure of performance. They can also be done as a taster sessions allowing your group to try different dance styles such as street-dance, tap. Holiday Projects specifically designed for a particular venue with a specific aim. Can be themed and include other art forms. Taster Workshops introduce dance with a one-off workshop

VOICE & SINGING WORKSHOPS: Voice & Singing workshops are available to individuals with a passion for singing to develop their skills and technique with valuable guidance from our professional teacher.

COSTUME MAKING: A workshop where you’ll need a needle and threat to learn how the professionals make up costumes from the basic design to the finish lavished wardrop.

STAGE MAKE-UP WORKSHOP: Where you learn the art of make-up for the stage, how to apply that look that makes the performer stand out.

DRAMA: Drama workshops exploring themes and characters of varies play’s and take part in your own drama showcase to develop techniques with valuable guidance from our professional teachers.

SKILLSHOPS
Our weekly company rehearsals sessions for children, young people and adults continue to explore all aspects of the creative arts in a fun and friendly environment. Learn new skills and make new friends.


Already participants have explored workshops in costume, set design, singing and voice coaching, stage make-up and prop making.
